Gloria Rupard Rodriguez

Gloria Rupard Rodriguez of Rupert passed away peacefully March 14th, 2024 at Minidoka Memorial Hospital.  Gloria was born to Julian Rodriguez and Nicolasa Gonzalez on October 25, 1928.  She is survived by her sons Dennis Rupard (Sherry) and Randy Rupard as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

Gloria was a mother, grandmother and a successful business owner for many years on the square in Rupert.  She was a great friend to many and has been described as the sweetest lady ever.  Many people in Rupert that spent time around her have undoubtedly been called “honey” and if they were lucky, had the experience of a long visit with her.  She was always a great listener and never passed judgement.     

A private graveside service will be held for the family.  Her sons Randy and Dennis would like to express their gratitude for the wonderful care given to their mother over the past few years by the caretakers at Countryside Care & Rehab in Rupert.  Gloria developed many close relationships with the staff.  They were truly amazing.
