Luciano Beltran

Luciano Beltran, 54 of Rupert passed away March 21st, 2024 at home from Lung Cancer, He was born January 7th,1970 to parents Agustin Beltran Aispuro and Rosario Beltran Leon in El Aguaje Tamazula Durango, Mexico he was the only boy out of 7 children. He grew up causing mischief and having cookouts with his friends. 

He meet the love of his life Nina Martinez in 1982 in Burley, Idaho through family and they were finally married July 25, 2023 in Rupert, Idaho.

In 2018 he made Rupert his home. Luciano worked for Koyle’s Classic Construction where he took great pride in his work. His favorite hobbies were scratching lottery tickets, barbequing, hanging out with family and friends and cooking and his little dog bear.

He’s survived by his wife Nina Beltran, his daughters Alondra Beltran, and Madeleyn Beltran. His stepchildren Sara Martinez, Ramon Nieto, and Andrew Nieto, his step grandchildren Alisyn, Addisyn, and Aidyn Walker and numerous nieces and nephews who he loved dearly.  His sisters Rosario, Maria, Candy, Francisca, and Angelita.

Luciano is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Guadalupe. Thanks to Hospice Visions, Nurses Nydia, Erica, Sue, Rhonda, and Sierra. Special Thank You to Sherry for going above and beyond for helping Luciano see his daughters one last time. Joel Heward and his staff at Hansen Mortuary.

Viewing for family and friends will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. Friday March 29, 2024 at Hansen Mortuary. Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 1, 2024 at St. Thereses Little Flower Catholic Church. Services will conclude with burial in the Rupert Cemetery under the direction of Joel Heward Hansen Mortuary.
