Gerardo R Martinez, 47 years old, passed away June 7, 2018 at University of Utah Hospital in. Salt lake City, Utah
He was born in Rupert Idaho. His living survivors are as follows Mother, Graciela R Martinez. Daughter, Pru Martinez. Brother, Johnny Martinez. Sister, Leticia Martinez. Nieces, Erika Fuentes and Jamie Moreno. Nephews, Dakota Martinez and Nathan Martinez.
Preceded in death by his father Carlos Martinez.
Gerardo always said "Life is Good Man" He is a much loved person who will be missed dearly by all he crossed paths with. He is the first to graduate in his family. He graduated from Minico High School Rupert, Idaho. He is an Ordained Christian Minister and found love in preaching the word of our good lord and savior. His hobbies of interest include watching WWE wrestling , fishing, barbeques with family and playing his guitars.

Funeral services will be held 11.00 a.m. Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Hansen Mortuary. Viewing for family and friends will be held from 6 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 12, 2018 and for one hour prior to the services in the mortuary. Services will conclude with burial in the Rupert Cemetery under the direction of Joel Heward Hansen Mortuary.
