Clifford, 53, passed away on November 11, 2025, in Burley, Idaho. He was born in Ogden, Utah on July 18, 1972. To Geneva Houchins and William Stewart. Clifford lived in Burley at the time of his death.

He loved going to concerts and watching movies. He worked at many processing plants throughout his life.

Clifford is proceeded in death by his mother Geneva Houchins and his father William Stewart. His twin brother Michael A. Stewart, and his brother William Stewart.

He is survived by his loving wife Debbie Foss. His stepson Christopher Foss, stepdaughter Shawna Foss. His sisters Sheryl Helbert (Daryl), Angie Satterwhite (Jim), and brother Dave Houchins. His favorite niece Hattie Allen and Nephews Corey and Donald Otterstrom.
