DAWNA ANDREW Obituary

Dawna Gale Andrew, Age 70 passed away from this life to the next November 11, 2020 in her home.

While her sweetheart held her hand. Dawna Born April 26, 1950 to Thomas Morrison and Patricia McConnel Whitlock in Los Angeles CA, she was loved by all who knew her.

As a child, Dawna grew up on California and Utah, predominantly attending Sierra High School in Whittier, CA, graduating from John F. Kennedy High in La Palma, CA. She married Steven Lee Park , before moving to Idaho, and to whom were born her five sons, David, Michael, Joseph, Daniel, and Aaron. She co-owned a deli in Rexburg, where her cooking/baking was enjoyed by all. She worked a great deal in floral and window painting, both at which se excelled. Never was a space undecorated or a flowerpot empty if she could help it.

In 2001 she married her best friend, sweetheart, and eternal companion. Earl Andrew.

Dawna had a vibrant smile, was quick to laugh, and always giving of herself, her time, and energies. She was a phenomenal cook; if you left her home hungry, it was your own fault! She was very supportive and encouraging and choose an innocent outtake on life. She took a great deal of joy in her family, photography, floral and gardening, music, and teaching Sunday school.

She loves de Lord and was perseverant in her faith. She played both the piano and guitar beautifully, despite never being strong at reading music. She has frequently out-fished most.

With the possible exception of The Famous Idaho Fishing Guide and the captain of The Other Woman, her sweetheart Earl and her Daddy Tom, respectively.

Dawna is preceded by her fathers Thomas James Morrison and Kenneth Jay Manning.

She is survived by her mother, Patricia Whitlock, Husband Vernon Earl Andrew; sibling Cindy Morrison, Rachelle Black, Jamey Morrison; sons David, Michael, Joseph, Daniel, and Aaron; and a host of children and grandchildren.

The family wishes to thank Horizon Home Health and Hospice, particularly Stacy, Marilynn, and Heidi.
