George Badger Obituary

George Franklin Badger, 92, passed away on Wednesday January 29, 2020 in Burley , Idaho. He was born on May 20, 1927 in Brandon, Vermont, 50 years in Willow, Alaska and he resided in Burley, Idaho.

George served in the Navy, Army and Air Force retiring in 1968.  He served two years in the Navy, five years in the Army and sixteen years in the Air Force for a total 23 years of service.  George had numerous military awards and advancements, and he was also a member of American Legion. George enjoyed building models, art, fishing, golf and music.

George is survived by his brother Harry Richard Badger and his sister Helen (Stan) Lucero.  George is proceeded in death by his brother Joseph Ward Badger, his sister Betty Ferrari and his parents Joseph and Marion Badger.

The family would like to give a special thank you to the Hospice visions Inc. and Highland Estates for the special care they gave to George.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 1, 2020. Viewing for family and friends will be held for one hour prior to service at Hansen Mortuary. Services will conclude with Military Honors provided by the Mini-Cassia Veterans. Arrangements are under the direction of Joel Heward Hansen Mortuary
