Joaquin Juarez Grandos Sr, 65 years old passed away peacefully the morning of Tuesday December 16,2025 in Zacapu Michoacan with family near him in the country he loved to spend time at.
Joaquin was born January 11, 1960 in Ojo de Agüita Michoacan, Mexico; to David Juarez and Maria de Jesus Granados . At a very young age he came to the United States to work and soon after started a family. He married his wife Arcelia Aguilar Ceja in 1984. Along with his wife they started a family and raised their kids while working for over 45 years in Raft River Idaho.
He was a father and grandfather that always cared for his family. After the death of his one true love, he shared his later years in happiness with his partner, Gloria Salinas who brought him comfort and companionship. (Along with his step kids: Lourdes (Javier) Ramirez, Jesus (Zolia) Salinas, Patricia (Johnny) Ruiz, Viviana (Severino) Cruz and their kids.)
You could always catch Joaquin hosting family cookouts and hanging out with family and friends. He fought until the end for his family. He will be missed very much by all that knew him.
Joaquin is survived by his 3 children; Julie(Rigo) Dorantes, Joaquin(Yvette) Juarez, Oscar(Margarita) Juarez. His 7 grandkids; Aiden, Lailanee, Jimena, Jayleen, Noelia, N’Zayah, and Yasiél
He is proceeded into death by his wife Arcelia Aguilar Juarez , siblings; Trino Juarez, Rodolfo Juarez, Roberto Juarez, Carmen Juarez and his parents David Juarez and Maria de Jesus Granados.
Services in his honor will be held Friday, January 9, 2026 at 11:00 am at St Thereses Little Flower Catholic Church Burley, Idaho with a Rosary prior at 10:15a.m. Viewing for Family and friends will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 8, 2026 at Hansen Mortuary Rupert, Idaho. Services will conclude with burial in the riverside cemetery under the direction of Joel Heward Hansen. Mortuary.
Joaquin Juárez Grandos Sr, de 65 años, falleció pacíficamente la mañana del martes 16 de Diciembre del 2025 en Zacapú Michoacán con su familia cerca, en el país en el que amaba pasar tiempo.
Joaquín nació el 11 de Enero de 1960 en Ojo de Agüita Michoacán, México; hijo de David Juárez y María de Jesús Granados. A una edad muy temprana vino a los Estados Unidos a trabajar y poco después comenzó una familia. Se casó con su esposa Arcelia Aguilar Ceja en 1984. Junto con su esposa, formaron una familia y criaron a sus hijos mientras trabajaban durante más de 45 años en Raft River Idaho. Era un padre y un abuelo que siempre se preocupaba por su familia. Después de la muerte de su único amor verdadero, compartió sus últimos años de felicidad con su pareja, Gloria Salinas, quien le trajo consuelo y compañía. (Junto con sus hijastros: Lourdes (Javier) Ramírez, Jesús (Zolia) Salinas, Patricia (Johnny) Ruiz, Viviana (Severino) Cruz y sus hijos. )
A Joaquín le gustaba aser una carne asada en familia y pasando el rato con amigos y familiares . Luchó hasta el final por su familia. Todos los que lo conocieron les ara mucha falta.
A Joaquín le sobreviven sus 3 hijos; Julie (Rigo) Dorantes, Joaquín (Yvette) Juárez, Oscar (Margarita) Juárez. Sus 7 nietos; Aiden, Lailanee, Jimena, Jayleen, Noelia, N’Zayah y Yasiél.
Procedió a la muerte por su esposa Arcelia Aguilar Ceja, hermanos; Trino Juárez, Rodolfo Juárez, Roberto Juárez, Carmen Juárez y sus padres David Juárez y María de Jesús Granados.
Los servicios en su honor se llevarán a cabo el Viernes 9 de Enero de 2026 a las 11:00 a. m. en la Iglesia Católica St Thereses Little Flower Burley, Idaho, con un Rosario antes a las 10:15 a.m. La visita para familiares y amigos se llevará a cabo de 6 a 8:00 p.m. Jueves, 8 de Enero de 2026 en Hansen Mortuary Rupert, Idaho. Los servicios concluirán con el entierro en el cementerio junto al río en Heyburn Idaho, bajo la dirección de Joel Heward Hansen Morgue.
