John Eugene Daniels passed away on December 27, 2024 after a year long battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease). John was born March 6, 1977 to Marshall and Jackie Daniels.  John was a long-time resident of Rupert, Id.

John was proceeded in death by his Grandparents Ed Salo and Tootsie, along with Eugene and Barbara Daniels and nephew Peyton Daniels .  He is survived by his parents Marshall and Jackie Daniels, brothers Cary VanBiezen (Leyla), Clint VanBiezen (Abby), Seth Daniels (Cassie) and many nieces and nephews.

John worked at the Burley Sale Yard as a teenager and then Alberton’s as an adult. John’s knowledge of sports teams and players was unreal. He loved attending concerts and never missed a chance to watch a local artist.

We’d like to thank South Davis Hospital for their compassionate care for John over the past year
