Lee Roy was born on December 25, 1949, in Rupert, Idaho, and raised in the surrounding area. Lee Roy graduated from Parowan High School and began his career working on a potato farm before continuing at Simplot. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping. He loved sharing his hobbies and passing down his knowledge and appreciation of nature to his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

 Lee Roy is survived by his wife, Diane Adamson, and daughters Denise Wardle and Ryan Adamson. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, Roy and Adabel Adamson, as well as his two daughters, Misty and Krystal. A funeral service will be held on February 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Hansen Mortuary, located on 6th Street in Rupert, Idaho. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him. Arrangements are under the direction of Joel Heward Hansen Mortuary.
