Linda Lee Frayer, age 77, passed away at the Minidoka Memorial Hospital on Sunday, October 13, 2024, from natural causes. She was born in Helena, Montana, on August 3, 1947. She was married to Robert “Bob” E. Frayer, Sr., for over 40 years. She is survived by her husband Bob; her siblings Greg Dunford, Leroy Dunford, and Debra Bandy; her stepchildren Mary Boos & William “Bill” Frayer; her four grandchildren Michael, Kyli, Bennett, and Miranda; and her six great-grandchildren Taya, Grace, Emery, Lennon, Anthony, and Bella. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur John & Bulah Dunford, her brother John Dunford, her stepson Robert E. Frayer, Jr., and her chihuahuas that she adored as her fur babies.
Linda graduated from Minidoka High School. Linda was a hard worker and worked several jobs throughout her life. She retired as a bus driver aid for the Rupert school district. She took great care of her husband Bob and managed the household.
Linda enjoyed the simple things in life. She loved anything John Wayne and old black & white western TV shows and movies. One of her favorite past times was shopping on QVC. She was an avid collector of all of her favorite things. She loved chihuahuas and cared for several dogs throughout her life treating them as beloved family.
Her family is very grateful for all of the care, concern, and condolences received from family and friends after her passing. She will be deeply missed by her husband and the rest of the family.
Graveside services will be held Friday, October 18, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the Rupert Cemetery, 450 N Meridian Rd, Rupert, ID 83350. Flowers/plants/cards can be sent to Hansen Mortuary, 710 6th St, Rupert, ID 83350. For those who would like to attend, family and friends will be gathering for a late lunch after the service around 3:00 pm at El Caporal Mexican Restaurant, 610 Overland Ave, Burley, ID 83318. Please send a text to Mary Boos at 703-887-6058 to RSVP for lunch, so that a headcount can be given to the restaurant for the reservation. Arrangements are under the direction of Joel Heward Hansen Mortuary.
