It is with heavy heart that we announce the passing of Michael Dale Bond. Mike was born on August 22nd, 1955, in Willcox, Arizona to Bobby (Bob) Bond and Eula Faye Bond. He was a loving father of six children and devoted husband. After sustaining life-threatening injuries, he departed this life on September 22, 2025. Throughout his journey of 70 years, Mike touched many lives with his humor, kindness, love for the outdoors, service to others, and resolute faith in our Savior Jesus Christ. His life-long ministry to others is and will be a cherished legacy, including serving a couple's mission in Albuquerque, NM from 2024-2025. Though his time was tragically cut short, he lived a life in fulfillment of his righteous desires. His zeal for hunting, fishing, camping, exploring dirt roads, and spirit-filled teachings will be greatly missed and forever remembered.

He is survived by his 6 children, 4 daughters-in-law, 2 sons-in-law, 16 grandchildren, and his wife of 48 years, Shirley Bond. A memorial service celebrating Mike’s life and loving legacy will be held on September 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Rupert Stake Center at 324 East 18th Street, Rupert, ID 83350. We invite all who wish to do so to join us in honoring his memory. Arrangement are under the direction of Joel Heward Hansen Mortuary.
