Ramiro es hijo de Alejandro Tovar y Liduvina Cordoba.

Despues de vivir su infancia con sus padres y hermanos en Cotiro Michoacan, Mexico a la Edad de 20 anos Ramiro se movio a Rupert Idaho donde anos despues conocio a su esposa Maria Noemi Tovar( Salinas)

Ramiro regreso al regazo de nuestro padre celestial en el conforte de su casa y rodeado de sus seres queridos el 11 de marzo de 2021.

Ramiro se esta reuniendo con su padre Alejandro Tovar, sus hermanos Juan Tovar, Trino Tovar y Claudia Tovar. Ramiro sera recordado no solo por su esposa Maria, Tambien por su madre Liduvina Cordoba y sus hermanos Jesus Tovar, Paco Tovar, Miguel Tovar Alejandro Tovar, Carmen Tovar y Maria Yime Tovar, sus cunados y cunadas y todos sus sobrinos.

Ramiro era y seguira siendo un ser muy querido por todos los que tubieron el placer y fortuna de conocerlo. Ramiro disfrutaba de estar con su familia y ver sus partidos de football, y escuchar musica.
