Ramona Leola Moss

Ramona Leola Moss was born January 22, 1944 in American Falls, Idaho to Emma Vanetta Gee Owens and Earl Hans Owens. She was the 5th of 10 children; Rial, Gerald, Lucy, Billie, Ramona, Delbert, Bessie Otto Lee, Larry and Robby.

In her youth Ramona enjoyed playing outside, fishing, sewing, and learning from her mother. The family moved many times throughout her childhood; American Falls, Blackfoot, Rockford and Aberdeen among others.

Ramona settled in Paul, Idaho with Lendon Moss where they raised their five children. Katie (Scott) Baker; Karry (Randy) Head; Laurel (Brett) Tracy; Lendon (Cara) Moss and Mona (Paul) Nelson.  Spending time with her many grandchildren and great grandchildren was Ramona‘s favorite past time she also enjoyed crafting with her daughters, beading and needle working were her favorites. Christmas was her favorite holiday getting together with family and sharing her love of the Lord.

Ramona is preceded in death by her mother Emma and father Earl her newborn son Deon, her husband Lendon and her siblings Rial, Gerald, Lucy, Bessie and Larry.  She is survived by her five children and their spouses, her 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren, with another on the way. Ramona is also survived by many others she claimed as her own.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Hansen Mortuary. Viewing for family and friends will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. Friday, February 22, 2019 at the mortuary and for one hour prior to the services. Services will conclude with burial in the Paul Cemetery under the direction of Joel Heward Hansen Mortuary.
