Russell Croft

Russell Croft, 58, of Heyburn, Idaho passed away unexpectedly on February 2, 2022 at Minidoka Memorial Hospital in Rupert.

Russell was born on March 21, 1963 to Wendell and Sandra Croft in Heyburn, Idaho.  Russell loved playing darts, hunting, fishing, camping and just having a good time with friends and family. 

He is preceded in death by his father, Wendell Croft and his son James Hodgson; his grandparents, aunts, and uncles.  He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Cindy Croft, his mother Sandra Croft, and his children, Jennifer Mortenson, Nathaniel Hodgson, Eva Croft and Dakoda Croft and several grandchildren.  He was also “Dad” to many.

The family would like to thank the emergency room staff and Minidoka Memorial Hospital for the amazing care they gave to Russell in his last moments.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 7, 2022 at Hansen Mortuary in Rupert.  A viewing will be held for one hour prior to the funeral service. Burial will take place at the Riverside Cemetery in Heyburn following the service at the mortuary.  Services are under the direction of Joel Heward Hansen Mortuary.
