Wynn Redman Dewsnup, age 76, passed away peacefully at his home in Almo, Idaho, on February 5, 2026. He was born on September 21, 1949 in Sacramento, California.

Wynn was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley R. Dewsnup and Evelyn Dewsnup; sister, Margaret Dewsnup; brother, Andrew Dewsnup; and granddaughter, Olivia Pogue.

Wynn is survived by his loving wife, Jeannine Dewsnup; his son, Garrett W. Dewsnup (Carolyn); and his daughters, Sari E. Patino (Rene), Anne L. Mitchell (Brady), and Tessa J. Dalton (Colby) along with 11 grandchildren and one great grandson. 

Wynn spent many years on California’s Central Coast, where he built a respected career as an agricultural banker, land developer, and farmer. Through his tireless work, he supported countless growers and families, helping them build and sustain their livelihoods with integrity, vision, and quiet determination.

Tireless in his service to the Lord, Wynn served as Mission President in the Ogden, Utah Mission, a member of the Fifth Quorum of the Seventy and a faithful temple worker.  

Later in life, Wynn and Jeannine returned to their roots and chose to spend their remaining years together at their ranch in Almo,Idaho. There, surrounded by wide-open land and a close-knit community, Wynn found a place that truly felt like home. He developed a deep love for the land and the people who shared it, embracing the rhythm of ranch life and the simple, enduring values it represented.

Wynn will be remembered for his steady presence, deep faith, strong work ethic, and devotion to his family. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the land he cared for, and the family he loved so deeply.

 Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday February 16, 2026, at the Almo Ward Chapel, Almo Idaho. Services will conclude with burial at Sunny Cedar Rest Cemetery under the direction of Joel Heward Hansen Mortuary
