Anthony O Herrera

Anthony O. Herrera 69 of Paul passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at his home.  He was born March 30, 1949.  Anthony did work for Fleetwood Homes and he was also a fire fighter. Anthony had to go on disability because of a bad back.  He was a member of the Y where he started exercising and running.  He would run every day.  He could run the 5 mile run in 15 minutes.  He had a son Anthony Herrera that lives in Alamosa, Co. 

Anthony is survived by his son Anthony Herrera, older brother Sam (Mary) Herrera, sisters Geraldine Trujillo, Grace Herrera (Paul Curiel), Charles (Michelle) Herrera and Jose Herrera and several nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Adonis Herrera, mother, Asencionita Shon Herrera, brothers Roger, Thomas and Gilbert Herrera, and 2 sisters Debbie and Mary Jane Herrera.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 4, 2019 at Hansen Mortuary. Viewing for family and friends will be held for one hour prior to the services at the mortuary. Services are under the direction of Joel Heward Hansen Mortuary.
