Cesar Alfredo Astuhuaman 72 of Rupert, passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2023 in Rupert, Viewing for family and friends will be held 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday October 30, 2023 at Hansen Mortuary. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness in Burley.  Services will conclude with burial in the Riverside Cemetery in Heyburn, Idaho.  Arrangements are under the direction of Joel Heward Hansen Mortuary.
