Christopher Phillips Obituary

Christopher A. Phillips, age 52, passed away unexpectedly and much too soon on October 12, 2021 at St Luke's Magic Valley. He was residing in Twin Falls at the time of his death. Christopher was born January 6, 1969 to Les and Frances Phillips in Rupert Idaho during a snowstorm. He is survived by wife Melissa Phillips, mom Frances, brother Roger and sister Mary Ann, five children Jake, Nicole, Jesse, Brandi Ann, and Marina and seven grandbabies. He was preceded in death by his dad Les Phillips and all of his grandparents.

Christopher was a kindhearted gentle giant. He was a loving son, dad, grand dad, husband, brother, and friend. His achievements include a bachelor's in electronics through ITT. He was working passionately to start his own copywriting business. He loved to camp and fish , he spent most Saturdays with children and grandbabies, he loved to cook. He was an amazing guitarist until arthritis prevented him from playing.  Christopher loved Jesus and going to church.

Special thanks to St. Lukes Magic Valley fourth floor nurses. They were very kind and caring. They helped us through a difficult time. We appreciate everything they did.

There will be a viewing held Oct 23, 2021 for family. There will be no service at this time. Love you forever Christopher.  Arrangements are under the direction of Joel Heward Hansen Mortuary in Rupert.
