David Walters Obituary
David Lee Walters, 33, of Mesa, Arizona, formerly of Twin Falls, ID, passed away January 1, 2012, at his home.
David was born June 29, 1978, in Twin Falls, ID, to Owen and Vicky Walters. He lived in Twin Falls and attended high school there. In 1997, he moved to Arizona. He married Cynthia Adams in 2000. David competed in bareback riding in high school and later in Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Colorado.
David is survived by his mother, Vicky Walters; his wife, Cynthia Adams Walters; his maternal grandmother, Norma Coleman and step grandfather, Doug Coleman of Florida; brothers, Michael Hardy of Arizona and Roy Rhodes of Buhl, Idaho; Aunts and Uncles, Shelley (Neil) Lewis of Rupert, Henry (Cindy) Walters of Rupert, Will Coleman of Florida, Hopie (Bob) Goken of Colorado and Vernon (Claudia) Ford of Ohio; and many cousins, nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his father, Owen Walters; step grandfather, Willard Palmer; paternal grandparents, Ruben and Dorothy Walters; maternal grandfather, Howard Morgan; and uncle, Benjamin Walters.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 14, 2012, at the Wilson Theater in Rupert, with Uncle Neil Lewis officiating.
