Anna Catmull passed from this life of natural causes on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at the Mini-Cassia Care Center in Burley, Idaho. She passed away at the age of 85 years.
Anna was born Sunday, February 8, 1931 to Rudolph Miller and Freda Fuhrman Miller in Selfridge, North Dakota. She has lived in Selfridge, North Dakota; Meridian, Idaho; American Falls, Idaho; and Rupert, Idaho. Anna met her husband Robert in Rupert, Idaho and they were married on Sunday, December 14, 1947 in the Idaho Falls Temple.
Anna drove school bus for 37 years and. She also served as Young Women's Secretary in her ward. Anna loved doing all kinds of crafts, especially bead work. Her hands created beautiful things as she worked. She opened her own yarn shop in Rupert. It was right next door to the business owned by Robert, her husband.
She is survived by her children and their spouses: Micheal and Gwen Catmull, June and Merrill Byland, and her daughter-in-law Cindy Catmull. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren as well as her 3 brothers, 2 sisters, and their spouses: Wesley and Joan Miller, Don and Bona Miller, and Harvey Miller, Emma and Robert Deno and Loreen and Jack Parkin.
Anna is preceded in death by her parents and grandparents, her husband Robert Catmull, her sons Robert and John Henry Catmull, a granddaughter Laci Catmull, her 2 brothers Albert and Walter Miller, and 2 beautiful sisters-in-law Ladeane and Emma Jean Miller.
Graveside funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 7, 2016 at the Rupert Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Hansen Mortuary.
The family would like to thank all the wonderful people at the Mini-Cassia Care Center for the care they provided to Anna. They would also like to thank Micheal for the loving care he provided to his mother. Great thanks also go to sisters Loreen Parkin and Emma Jean Deno.
