Vlasta Z. Zimmerman Passed away June 16, 2016 at country Side Care Center in Rupert, Idaho at the age of 98. Vlasta was born in Madison, Nebraska on November 23, 1917 to James and Anna Storek. Vlasta Married Walter Dale Ryan (Deceased) then married Manuel Zimmerman. She was a housewife and a mother. She attended the first Baptist Church. Vlasta's hobbies were Reading her Bible, putting puzzles together, having coffee with her dear friends, and enjoying her family. She is survived by her children Walter Lee (Wanda) Ryan Meridian, Idaho, Melodee Kaye (Butch) Brady of Rupert Idaho, Twelve grandchildren, nine step grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and ten step great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents James and Anna (Storek) Krivanic, daughter Dona Rae Seraka, and son Larry Dell Ryan. The family of Vlasta would like to thank the staff of Country side care for the Exceptional care and love they gave their mother.
Services will be held at 2:00 P.M Friday, June 24, 2016 at Hansen Mortuary with a viewing for family and friends from 6-8:00 P.M. Thursday, June 23, 2016 and one hour prior to the service. Services will conclude with burial at the Rupert cemetery.
