RUPERT – Nedra Lee Phillips, age 66, of Rupert, passed away Friday, June 5, 2026, at Parke View Rehabilitation and Care Center, in Burley.
At her request no formal service will be held. A private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Hansen Mortuary of Rupert.
