Heather Chen Mangan / Chiu-Yun Chen Mangan, 52, of West Jordan, Utah passed away Thursday, May 11, 2023 in Taiwan. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral and Life Celebration to be held at 6:00 p.m. with a reception to follow until 9:00 p.m. on May 31, 2023 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day-Saints Welby 6th Ward 8841 South 4800 West, West Jordan, Utah 84088.
